Join me in a 30 Day Squat Challenge!

Each day, complete the required SET X REP and check it off!

REMEMBER: PISTOL, CURTSEY, SPLIT, & ISOMETRIC SQUATS = REPS FOR EACH LEG

On Day 30, you will complete the FINAL SUPERSET CHALLENGE! This will be the final payoff of all your hard work. You will complete each squat in the form of 6 supersets. Each superset consists of 2 sets of 15 reps.
