flax-egg
(1 tbsp flax meal + 3 tbsp water)

Silk Cashew Original Unsweetened Milk
Earth Balance Vegan Butter

Simply Balanced Organic Maple Syrup

Instructions
Prepare the flax-egg and set aside to let thicken. Heat the waffle iron.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, protein powder, cinnamon, and baking powder.
Add the flax-egg and mix.
Next, pour in the cashew milk and stir until mixture becomes a thick batter.
Pour batter into heated waffle iron and cook until crispy.
Top your warm waffle with a little vegan butter and some organic maple syrup, enjoy!
