Combine the flour, salt, and sugar into the mixer. Pulse mixer gently.
Add the coconut oil and pulse until completely mixed.
Pour 1/2 cup water and mix. Slowly add the rest of the water until it becomes crumbly and lumpy.
Lightly flour a clean area on your counter. Empty the mixer onto the flour. Roll the dough into a ball and then roll out. If the dough is too dry, wet your hands and moisten the dough. You can always sprinkle some flour onto the dough if you get it too damp!
Shape the dough into a ball and then use a rolling pin to flatten the dough. Roll the dough until you get it to your desired size and/or thickness.
Lastly, time to bake! This mixture is best baked at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Depending on what you are making, you may or may not need the dough right away. You can put the dough into the freezer to add a couple days to the life of your dough. I like to make my dough early and then put it into a ziplock bag and store in the fridge until later in the day when I need it.
